With the battle won, the party turned thier attention to a strange relic on the fallen Debelge. They took the staff to Seonia's mentor, Oldath Errenster. Oldath gladly took the job, and began identifying the staff, only to be knocked out cold by it. Upon recovering, Oldath concluded that this was one of the Eight Staves of Orenero, used to keep a seal on Siliskor, an ancient great wyrm who once ruled the region. He was sealed by 8 mages with these 8 staves- and something is amiss if the Staff of Illusion is here and not doing a very good job of sealing. Oldath ordered them to take the staff away from Feyan, for fear that it's presence would bring bad omens. Conceding, the party continued thier journey west. After traveling overnight and camping out, they found that 2 Jal'Nareth generals were posed to strike the small elvish villiage on the western border, and were ultimately foiled.
